Junior Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will play an integral part in the end-to-end servicing of accounts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating documents before and after placing business, generating invoices on behalf of our clients, and providing final policy documents.
You will work closely with our brokers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, while maintaining set SLA accuracy/quality, TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality results as per defined KPIs.
- Develop a sound understanding of our business processes.
- Update work trackers and time tracking tools accurately and in real-time.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leaders.
- Maintain adherence to compliance guidelines and internal/external regulations.
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Commerce or Insurance background.
- Analytical skills: Research, collect, interpret, analyze, and problem-solve information.
- Attention to detail: Achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when completing tasks.
- Effective communication: Comprehend, articulate, and respond to information through verbal and written mediums.
- MS Office knowledge.
