Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage active transitions, driving seamless handovers and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all customer inquiries, decisions, actions, and updates, fostering excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Support the project team as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues, providing timely resolutions and mitigating risks.
  • Lead governance calls and meetings to facilitate internal and customer updates, promoting transparency and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for the transitions team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive success.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team, identifying areas for improvement and development.
  • Understand the strategic business objectives of the customer, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with their needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support, developing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project tasks and resource requirements, create detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans, ensuring thorough planning and execution.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation to provide customers with a distinct competitive advantage.
  • Optimize the transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage risks by understanding business and operational risks and developing mitigation plans, driving process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Create and maintain project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals on Clarity.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis and due diligence of potential projects, supporting solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.
