Job Title

A skilled Functional Consultant will play a key role in understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Gather and analyze business needs to develop functional specifications for CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation processes within CRM.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and user training sessions for business users.
  • Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and post-implementation support for CRM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the CRM environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, workflows, and business rules.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.
  • Understanding of integration methods (APIs, Plugins, Azure Functions, Dataverse).
  • Experience in data migration, cleansing, and CRM performance optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
