Job Description

We seek a dynamic leader to oversee CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle management.
  • Liaising with IT teams for system requirements or change requests.
  • SDLC knowledge.
  • Life insurance domain expertise with depth knowledge of post-issuance journeys and processes.
  • Production support experience preferred.
  • JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
Technical Skills
  • SQL queries
  • VAPT risk and mitigation
  • .Net (Desirable)
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience post-qualification.
  • Excellent production support skills with resource and time management abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.

This role requires a strong understanding of life insurance business processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
