Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Delight customers with exceptional service and manage relationships to achieve mutual goals.
  • Business Process Expertise: Utilize knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide customers during consulting engagements such as requirements gathering, fit gap assessments, design and configuration.
  • Client Workshops: Run workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design, conduct business and systems analysis and documentation, and produce design, system, user and procedural documentation.
  • Solution Delivery: Configure and set up applications, provide system training to both internal and external clients, and liaise with development teams to deliver robust solutions on time.
  • Data Migration and Support: Design and execute data migration strategies, provide go-live and post-live support, and demonstrate outstanding people management skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Risk Analysis and Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers, work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications, and develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.

  • Procurement & Sourcing: Develop procurement strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Sales & Marketing: Implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels and reduce costs through effective management and control.
  • Inventory Costing: Analyze and improve inventory costing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Production Control: Implement production control processes that ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management processes that drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Master Planning: Create master plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Advanced Warehouse Management: Design and implement advanced warehouse management systems that optimize storage and logistics.
