Main Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Quality Assurance: Coordinate and facilitate external audits for factory approval, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as QMS ISO 9001 EN15085-2 Welding Audit Customer Factory assessment.">
  3. Customer Coordination: Work closely with customers to address all quality-related topics related to Traction Transformers.">
  4. Documentation: Develop and implement effective documentation systems for Quality Management Systems.">
  5. In-Process Control: Establish and maintain in-process checklists, conducting inspections at various stages of manufacturing to ensure quality.">
  6. Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing on Traction Transformers, adhering to relevant drawings, specifications, and checklists.">
  7. Quality Planning: Prepare and release quality control plans according to customer specifications.">
  8. Certificate Issuance: Prepare and release certificates of conformity, configuration management lists, and non-conformance reports.">
  9. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions for complex problems.">
  10. Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal audits of cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and Siemens norms.">
  11. Vendor Qualification: Lead vendor qualification processes, performing system and process audits according to Siemens Energy production part approval process.">
  12. Supplier Management: Perform first-article inspections at supplier locations, maintaining records for future reference.">
  13. Material Localization: Support material localization and cost optimization projects in coordination with SCM teams.">
  14. NCC Resolution: Coordinate with suppliers to resolve supplier-caused NCCs, communicating with buyers and following up on RCA and CAPA.">
  15. Incoming Quality Support: Provide support to Incoming Quality for inspection decisions, TC verification, and customer document reviews.">
