Quality Excellence Specialist

Job Overview

The Quality Excellence Specialist is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for guiding and directing quality-related matters. This position focuses on customer satisfaction and internal/external requirements, ensuring seamless integration of quality policies and guidelines across all assigned areas or organizational units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional and professional teams in accordance with group objectives and collaborate with the group president.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies based on business needs.
  • Implement and monitor global strategic quality programs, controlling their effectiveness to enable continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate product safety measures, monitoring compliance with requirements and developing professional non-conformity management.
  • Ensure implementation of quality methods and risk management in processes, projects, and products.
  • Develop and improve quality reporting, including management review.
  • Collaborate with P&O to establish competency and training management systems for quality-related skills.
  • Design and execute communication strategies to ensure awareness of specific quality topics.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Manage quality teams (suppliers, systems, measurement laboratory) when necessary.
  • External: In connection with clients and authorities (certification bodies, national control organizations).
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree (+10-12 years of experience) in engineering or equivalent professional experience. Required skills include:

  • In-depth knowledge of managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality management tools and methods, Lean management.
  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Behavioral professional skills, ability to engage stakeholders, inspire based on best practices, manage/unite/delegate.
  • Analytical skills, synthesis mindset, communication, negotiation skills, strategic vision.
