Marketing Strategist Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying target markets, customer segments, and positioning opportunities. You will also lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting, as well as oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, events, PR, and partnerships.

Our ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. You should possess strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and technical skills in CRM, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and digital ads.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning opportunities
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, events, PR, and partnerships
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA often preferred)
  • Experience: 6-9 years in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a management role
  • Leadership: Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical: Skilled in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools
  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and digital ads
