Optimizing System Performance

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to fill this critical role.

  • Proven ability to utilize load generating tools (e.g., Load runner, Jmeter, SOAP UI) across various protocols is essential.
  • Experience working in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments and cloud-based infrastructures and applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gatling, GitHub, Maven is required.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS cloud, Oracle OCI is necessary.
  • Effective experience in performance test scripting and executing test scripts is crucial.
  • Able to analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), volumetric analysis.
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as C, Java, VB macros, basic SQL, shell scripts for customizing scripts and innovative automation processes.
  • Sound understanding of JAVA/JVM architecture, JVM, GC, Class loading, Thread dump, DB analysis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, profiling for application stacks using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as HP Diagnostics, CA Wily, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc. and in-depth analysis of server & application metric data.
  • Able to accurately analyze performance test results and highlight issues in both technical and business language.

Experience in supporting tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, HAR, Lighthouse would be an added advantage.
