Key Role:

We are seeking a diligent and well-organized individual to support our financial operations. This role combines inventory management with financial responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations across stock handling, financial transactions, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Record daily sales and expenses accurately, maintaining ledgers in the system for seamless financial tracking.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly profit-and-loss statements, to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely tax payments and maintain compliance.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare daily cash reports, optimizing financial resources.
  • Analyze food cost, beverage cost, and wastage to ensure costs remain within benchmarks, promoting efficiency.
  • Track payroll and staffing costs, and optimize scheduling vs. sales to minimize waste.
  • Monitor receivables from clients, event bookings, and online aggregators like Zomato/Swiggy.
Inventory Management:
  • Effectively manage stock inventory, ensuring items are in good condition and stored properly.
  • Update inventory in the system to maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Perform regular stock counts and audits for each location to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas to promote efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory management, accounting, or financial operations.
  • Knowledge of stock control practices to drive efficient operations.
  • Basic accounting skills and familiarity with accounting software to streamline processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain financial integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
