Renewable Energy Land Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Land Management Professional to oversee land-related activities for our renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing land tasks, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of land acquisition, leasing, and title documentation processes.
- Maintenance and updating of lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents.
- Negotiation with landowners to secure timely lease or rent payments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for landowners and local communities, fostering strong relationships and resolving grievances effectively.
- Liaising with local authorities, including revenue departments and panchayats, to manage land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations.
- Collaboration with O&M teams to resolve access road, transmission line, and internal movement issues within project sites.
- Risk identification and mitigation associated with land, such as encroachments, litigation, or non-compliance with local laws.
- Ensuring compliance with local land regulations, zoning laws, and environmental norms affecting land use.
- Support in audits and due diligence processes by providing updated land documentation and reports.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal, O&M, and Projects, to achieve common goals.
