MEP Systems Specialist

As a MEP Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate mechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, and plumbing systems into overall building designs.
- Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.
- Evaluate all systems against relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.
- Precisely prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.
- Diligently identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.
Key Competencies:
- A thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
- Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate successfully with various teams and stakeholders.
- Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking BE/B.Tech holders in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, preferably in high-rise buildings, residential complexes, and townships.
