BIM Manager

As a seasoned professional in BIM management, you will play a pivotal role in successfully delivering construction projects with mechanical systems.

This position requires:

  • Independently managing and coordinating BIM processes for mechanical systems within projects
  • Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure seamless workflows and data integration
  • Utilizing advanced Revit software, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque tools, and adhering to established pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Reviewing, modeling, and troubleshooting complex MEP systems, providing proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirements

To excel in this challenging role, you must possess:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects, ensuring expertise in the software's capabilities
  • Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to create detailed models of Mechanical rooms from schematics, showcasing your proficiency in MEP system design
  • Proficiency in using Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools to streamline project delivery and optimize outcomes
  • Knowledgeable about pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams, fostering open communication and cooperation
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective project management and stakeholder engagement
