Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Structural Modeller to support our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD based on design requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
- Produce accurate shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
- Maintain BIM models and update them as needed through the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in structural drafting with at least [2] years using BIM/Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
- Solid knowledge of structural systems and detailing standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Revit or BIM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
