About the Role:
  • Conduct independent on-site reviews to ensure timely implementation and corrective actions are taken.
  • Lead special projects to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation, with a focus on strengthening internal controls and reducing inefficiencies.
  • Assess areas of risk and implement comprehensive risk management strategies across functional areas.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory reporting requirements, including Quarterly Attestation and Semi-Annual Balance Sheet Reviews.
  • Share best practices and support location management teams during audits.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to perform Process Audit and Month close review independently.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work well with ambiguity.
