Job Title: Asset Recovery Specialist

The role of an Asset Recovery Specialist involves a high level of responsibility, as they are tasked with recovering overdue loans through effective communication and negotiation with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing loan recovery processes to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain contact with defaulters via calls and visits to recover outstanding loans
  • Negotiate and monitor repayment schedules to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery activities to facilitate efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the legal team as necessary to resolve any disputes or issues related to loan recovery
  • Achieve set recovery targets while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Fundamental knowledge of finance and loan management principles
  • Prior experience in collections is highly valued, but not essential
