As a seasoned Architect, you will spearhead campus infrastructure projects at a prestigious educational institution in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with the university's vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Campus Planning & Design

  • Develop comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate innovative educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Optimize space utilization with scalability for future growth while ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

  • Ensure strict adherence to AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes to guarantee compliance.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Implement universal accessibility measures (ramps, lifts, signage) across the campus to promote inclusivity.

Sustainability & Green Initiatives

  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation) to reduce the carbon footprint of the university.
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations to foster a sustainable environment.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
