Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new changes in partnership with internal stakeholders and client teams.

You will work collaboratively with other teams to identify pain areas and process efficiencies, utilizing your subject matter expertise to drive automation and deliver improvements.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the reconciliations platform is compliant with all non-discretionary changes, including mandatory changes, regulatory changes, and software & hardware policies.

You will also lead UAT testing, conduct thorough regression testing, and deliver high-quality defect-free changes to Production, ensuring platform stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
  • 4-8 years of strong database experience in SQL.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of IntelliMatch NextGen is desirable.
  • Scripting languages such as POWERSHELL, Windows Batch Scripting will be an added advantage.
  • Working experience with Jira, ServiceNow will be useful.
  • Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis, including SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of the financial services marketplace.
  • Reconciliation knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships, portraying deep technical and functional expertise.
  • Knowledge of Project Methodology, viz. AGILE, Waterfall, etc.
  • Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security, and compliance.
