Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Supply Chain Excellence: Develop end-to-end supply chain processes, including control mechanisms and optimization strategies.
  • Strategic Metrics Leadership: Collaborate with teams to define, refine, and monitor key business metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, guide cross-functional teams, and promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced techniques to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to influence strategic planning.
  • Cost Optimization: Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses and drive initiatives that reduce costs while improving service levels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements in operational processes through automation, modeling, or technology interventions.
  • Solution Implementation: Ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions and measure impact.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong command over Excel/GSheets and visualization platforms.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs, and cost levers.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and problem-solving frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Strong communication skills; ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and clarity in execution.
