
Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of HR processes from hiring to employee lifecycle management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring across functions, source, screen, and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, conduct inductions and orientation sessions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, maintain employee records and HR databases, and ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree (Minimum)
Experience: 2–4 years
