Job Title: Data Driven Sales Operations Lead

This role requires a highly skilled professional with 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis and management. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance, including metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value and return on investment.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Provide support for forecasting, capacity planning and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility and scalable solutions. Use SQL, Python and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SQL
  • Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics)
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience in Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM preferred)
