We are seeking an accomplished Business Insights Specialist to drive informed decision-making across our retail and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver actionable insights by analyzing retail sales, e-commerce performance, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing strategy data.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Design and develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs across retail and e-commerce.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation projects.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver high-quality insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Background in omni-channel or e-commerce environments.
