We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to fill a Data Entry & Operations Associate position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and update customer and project data into our systems with utmost accuracy.
  • Closely monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Support customer communication via email or CRM to maintain project progress.
  • Verify and cross-check entries for precision and completeness.
  • Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information.
  • Assist the operations team with reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Promote confidentiality and data security standards throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support is desired.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential with a near-zero error tolerance.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment are must-haves.
