Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

The role of Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving operational excellence across the organization’s Influencer Marketing vertical.

  • Briefly outline client requirements and contribute to proposal planning, design, and execution for their respective Influencer Marketing briefs.
  • Maintain timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct research, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities using negotiation tactics and process downloads.
  • Brief, negotiate, and facilitate process downloads to influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Develop and manage a database of influencers, adding new ones to assigned categories/genres.
  • Foster strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners, including celebrity management agencies, content creator networks, and micro-influencer groups.
  • Closely coordinate with internal team members and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Meet quarterly goals and targets for successful campaign execution and high margins.
  • Review and analyze campaign metrics to create insightful reports on influencer activation.

Essential Skills:

  • Social Media Acumen.
  • At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Knowledge of social media insights and analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, organize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Effective negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well-organized with strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Client Servicing.
