Job Title: Internal Audit Professional

As an Internal Audit professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • You will independently perform internal audit reviews of various areas of the company, assessing controls over operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • You will participate in Enterprise-wide Risk Assessment exercises to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • You will obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • You will assist in conducting Fraud and other investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit, working closely with stakeholders to gather evidence and interview witnesses.
  • You will ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan, preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
  • You will assist the Head of Internal Audit in preparing Audit Committee Reports and papers, providing expert advice on internal control systems and risk management.
  • You will conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions, identifying areas for improvement and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
  • You will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs, using research and development to drive innovation in internal audit.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) or 5-6 years (Manager) of relevant internal audit experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with qualifications such as CA/CPA. You should also possess working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools, as well as strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
