We are seeking a seasoned IT audit leader to fill this challenging role.

About the Job:

  • This position involves delivering multiple IT audits, including application and infrastructure audits, security assessments, vendor audits, concurrent audits, thematic assignments, and regulatory submissions.
  • The successful candidate will develop a risk-based audit framework that meets RBI regulations and adheres to ISO 27001 standards.
  • Responsibilities also include managing and coordinating with external audit partners to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • The selected individual will establish and maintain quality assurance programs and facilitate internal and external quality assessments.
  • In addition, they will provide advisory support for IT projects related to internal controls and risk management.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with at least 5-12 years' experience in IT audits, preferably within the BFSI sector.
  • Possession of a CISA certification is mandatory; other preferred certifications include CISM/CRISC/CISSP.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Proven project management and interpersonal skills, with experience leading teams.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, along with efficient data handling capabilities.
  • A high-energy individual with strong presentation skills, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willngness to travel as needed.
