Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing innovative digital solutions and driving excellence in presales.
About the Role- Design scalable digital solutions, analyzing requirements and leading workshops to ensure architecture alignment.
- Create high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs, building compelling solution narratives and leveraging reusable assets.
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting solutions with storytelling and building strong client and partner relationships.
- Solution Design & Consulting: Analyze requirements, design scalable digital solutions, lead workshops, and ensure architecture alignment.
- Proposal Development: Create high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs, build compelling solution narratives, leverage reusable assets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as trusted advisor, present solutions with storytelling, build strong client and partner relationships.
- HR Digitization: Identify automation opportunities (onboarding, payroll, performance), implement improvements via RPA/low-code tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Core HR processes (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee lifecycle, Performance).
- Technology Expertise: HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle), automation (Ui Path, Power Automate), cloud, AI/ML, digital platforms.
- Consulting Skills: Business analysis, process reengineering, solution mapping, client-facing consulting experience.
- Communication: Exceptional Power Point, data visualization, strong verbal/written communication.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, adaptability.
- Tools: Power BI/Tableau, MS Office Suite, project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
