Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, OTC Inclusive Lean Digital Transformation expert, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an inclusive digital transformation roadmap. This involves solving business problems/opportunities in the Financial & Accounting (F&A) domain by delivering digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an inclusive digital transformation roadmap to solve business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain.
- Deliver digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
- Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables.
- Champion standard Global Processes and support operational excellence, automation, and best practices.
- Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve Operational efficiencies.
- Certified Black Belt holder with extensive experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
- Experience in leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and driving transformation across sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can drive transformation and improvement in the F&A domain.
