
Strategic Human Resources Manager

The Strategic Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and performance management.
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across platforms, maximizing reach and visibility.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with department heads to make informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Prepare employee documentation and induction materials, setting them up for success from day one.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs through skill gap analysis, targeting areas where employees need growth and support.
- Organize internal and external training programs, leveraging industry experts and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain records of training sessions and employee progress, tracking development and impact.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support payroll, attendance, and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Support appraisal processes and performance tracking, providing actionable feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Proven experience in hiring and employee training, showcasing expertise in recruitment and talent development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, prioritizing projects and deadlines with ease.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory), indicating advanced knowledge and skills in HR strategy and operations.
- Experience in textile and ready-made HR practices is a plus, highlighting adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic industry.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language), facilitating effective communication and collaboration within a diverse team.
