Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Event Manager to lead our projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events.

  • This role involves translating client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies ensuring quality execution.
  • You will work closely with teams to develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • The position requires the ability to prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients.
  • Maintaining Gantt charts and relevant documents is crucial to ensure timelines and deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Collaboration with Operations Teams is necessary to prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and adhere to financial plans.
  • Guiding and overseeing junior members' work is essential to ensure company standards of delivery before running it by HOD/Director for final sign-offs.
  • Regular reporting to HOD/Director with updates across projects being serviced is a key responsibility.
  • Conducting post-event analysis/reports to share with HOD/Director is also part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to maintain relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Leading projects and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams is necessary.
