As a Product Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development of new and emerging product lines by establishing a robust engineering process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with strategy, product, and business teams to develop a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead architecture, design, and technical aspects of products as a thought leader and mentor to team members.
  • Process Optimization: Select and deploy tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to enhance product engineer productivity and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed time frames and budgets.
  • Team Selection and Hiring: Own non-functional requirements for products and contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
  • User Feedback and Iteration: Adapt and iterate based on user and business feedback and metrics to ensure product success.

Ambitious individual desired with experience in PDCs, Agile software development, and Typescript. Strong command of JavaScript, service-oriented architecture, and observability tools required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12-20 years of relevant experience. Excellent English communication skills necessary.
