Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma and Flutter Flow to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Manage the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in UI/UX design.
  • Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
