Job Title:

Lead User Experience Designer

Role Description:

This position involves heading a design function to ensure world-class user experiences across digital products and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to produce innovative designs.
  • Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across all digital products and brand touchpoints.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Design or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Motion design or micro-interactions expertise.
  • Experience building or managing a design system.
  • Exposure to HTML/CSS or front-end basics.
