Job Role

Our ideal candidate will take ownership of a coworking space, driving sales growth through strategic client visits, negotiations, and seat closures.

  • Sales Growth:
  • Drive monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats.
  • Build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Implement CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of the assigned coworking space and achieve monthly sales targets.
  2. Build on existing partnerships to drive sales and revenue.
  3. Maintain accurate CRM records for precise tracking and follow-up purposes.
  4. Liaise with the operations team to resolve any client issues within a specified timeframe.
Requirements

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong customer account management skills and thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
