Visa Processing Executive

Job Overview:

As a Visa Processing Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. This role requires strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visa applications from initial submission to final approval, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
  • Collect, verify, and prepare required documents as per country guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Handle visa appointments, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working in immigration firms, recruitment agencies, or corporate mobility teams.
  • Familiarity with VFS processes and handling multiple country requirements simultaneously.
