About the Job

We are seeking an experienced counselor to join our team and help students pursue higher studies in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of the UK study system, and the ability to explain financial requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries and provide guidance on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment via B2B partners, follow up with partners for offer letters, and escalate delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance, assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews, fill and verify UK visa forms, assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents, submit final visa applications through B2B partner systems.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in counseling/customer service/administration is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong English and a willingness to learn the UK visa process can apply.
