Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to drive our performance marketing efforts across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing channels.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in performance marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics.

Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Audience Targeting

Leverage audience insights to optimize campaigns and increase customer acquisition.

Budget Management

Effectively manage and allocate campaign budgets to achieve business objectives.

Testing & Optimization

Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance.
