Senior Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned project leader with hands-on technical expertise to spearhead the next evolution of our recruitment software. This is a strategic role that requires a consultant with experience in recruitment tech or job portal platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Architect and implement AI-driven modules, such as resume parsing, candidate matching, and predictive analytics, to drive business growth.
  • Overhaul and optimize existing infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product roadmap and delivery milestones, fostering cross-functional teamwork.
  • Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable, staying ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery, with a strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related frameworks.
  • Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory, showcasing expertise in the field.
  • Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time, demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms, with a solid understanding of its applications.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) is a plus, highlighting adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with a passion for collaboration.
