Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our management team, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to senior managers
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Managing diaries and ensuring seamless communication
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
