We are a growing organization looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our management team, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance to senior managers
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Managing diaries and ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
