Senior Manager - Mobilization & Operations\

The Senior Manager - Mobilization & Operations will lead the planning, execution, and governance of new site mobilizations across regions. This role involves managing end-to-end mobilization (12-15 sites per region), establishing operational processes, aligning with client expectations, and ensuring a seamless transition into steady-state operations.

\Job Responsibilities:\

  • Mobilization & Transition: Lead the mobilization of 12-15 sites per region, managing direct teams and building new teams for each project.\
  • Process & Governance: Establish SOPs and ensure adherence to operational checklists.\
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations.\
  • Client Engagement: Own client interactions, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery.\
  • Operational Planning: Drive the planning, execution, and review of mobilization projects.\
  • Team Setup & Leadership: Hire, train, and manage site-level teams for each mobilization project.\
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure profitability within defined budgets and maintain consumer experience standards.\Key Success Metrics:\

      • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in managing high-volume operations\
      • Sectoral Background: Experience in Hotels, QSR, Facility Management, or similar sectors; exposure to pre-opening, NSO, or pre-launch is preferred\
