As an Expert Travel Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, advising clients on the best travel options, and delivering seamless booking experiences.

This role demands a balance of sales performance and customer service excellence, ensuring clients receive both the right travel solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages, tours, flights, hotels, cruises, and travel insurance.
  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Ensure smooth processing of bookings, documentation, visas, and payments.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and offers to provide accurate information.
  • Handle post-sales service, including resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Maintain proper sales records and prepare periodic reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in travel sales or as a travel consultant/agent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and excellent customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
