About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Site Merchandiser to join our team. As an Associate Site Merchandiser, you will play a key role in planning and executing onsite merchandising strategies for Central events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Merchandising tools and widgets
  • Owning sections of store merchandising to drive sales growth
  • Designing and executing successful online customer experiences that meet business objectives
  • Identifying problems and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address them
  • Analyzing and sharing relevant metrics and best practices from executed initiatives across the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • A bias for action and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • A desire to participate in change and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to meet technical requirements, which include Excel, and learn XML basics and our in-house tools quickly
  • An understanding of and passion for e-commerce and its impact on customer experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior work experience in retail, marketing, or communications is mandatory
  • Relevant experience in developing content and copy is preferable
  • Ability to read, understand at least 2 of the following languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telegu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi
