DESCRIPTIONAre you an E-commerce enthusiast who loves providing customers with new deals and cheapest prices Do you see opportunities to change and shape how the newest set of emerging Indian customers learn about and shop on Amazon Do you enjoy marketing and working in an agile team If yes then this is the opportunity for rockstar performers who are interested in marketing As an Associate - Site Merchandising you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard across Amazon Home Page Bazaar store Page and any internal stores or landing pages He or she will execute and schedule content across onsite and offsite assets based on the inputs shared by Category Managers and Marketing Managers This candidate will also prepare reports on performance and traffic data to assist our management teams He or she will assist in creation of new interest-based or thematic stores based on the inputs of the Marketing Manager Key job responsibilities 1 Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough engaging and high conversion customer experience by - xc2 xb7 Owning sections of store merchandising and curations xc2 xb7 Running and analyzing performance reports Creating content for homepage and store properties xc2 xb7 driving experiments to improve metrics xc2 xb7 Learning Merchandising tools and widgets xc2 xb7 Assist execution of the plan as per site merchandising calendar This includes email programs cross-category placements developing and executing Amazon site-wide events and search results xc2 xb7 Assist in developing merchandising for large wide promotions and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions xc2 xb7 Support the creation of emails category pages brand stores campaigns and develop and manage traffic and engagement improvement projects xc2 xb7 Synthesize and analyze relevant content traffic metrics Identify customer triggers and barriers by using surveys in-depth research and customer immersions2 Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making3 Identify opportunities for automation and scale winning experiences4 Improve performance of paid traffic channels by partnering with all traffic-driving mechanisms Search Affiliates Email SEO etc BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor s degree - Speak write and read fluently in English - Experience with ExcelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
