Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Designer to spearhead our visual design strategy and elevate our brand identity.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned designer to take on a leadership role, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive creative excellence across our marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layouts, as well as expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with AI design tools and Figma is a plus.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design vision that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging social media content, campaign visuals, and marketing materials that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while injecting fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Design or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior design role, preferably in a digital agency or advertising firm.
  • Distinguished portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, social media campaigns, and digital-first design work.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience working with AI design tools and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
