Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning brand collateral, editing work, and ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create all brand collateral, including website banners, packaging design, social media static posts, carousels, leaflets, and more.
  • Develop and maintain our website's design and updates in line with the brand language.
  • Design new packaging and edit/iterate on existing packaging to ensure it meets high aesthetic standards.
  • Create statics and creatives for marketing campaigns that capture the essence of the brand.
  • Utilize AI image generation for creatives and campaigns to push the boundaries of innovative design.
  • Perform basic video editing for branding and marketing content, such as Instagram Reels and Ads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain exceptional visual quality across all outputs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic designing using Canva or Adobe Illustrator for statics and banners.
  • Strong packaging design skills using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
  • Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail in design.
  • Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva (a plus).
