About the Role

  • As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns across multiple brands and industries.
  • You will work closely with our New Business team to create compelling pitches and presentations that showcase your creative vision.
  • Presenting campaign plans and scripts to clients is also an essential part of this role.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will ensure that all creative work meets award-winning standards.
  • We are looking for someone who can report to our Creative Lead and provide regular updates on their progress.
  • Collaboration with our Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) is crucial in this role, as you will need to coordinate daily tasks and activities.
  • You will also provide visual direction to our graphic design team and help break down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives.
  • Maintaining timelines and ensuring timely revisions based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders is vital in this position.
  • From idea generation to final product delivery, you will be responsible for actively presenting throughout each stage of the production process.
  • Critical research skills are necessary to stay up-to-date with brand developments, competition analysis, and target audience insights.
  • Additionally, you must have knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and current events.

  • The ability to develop and propose value-added, interactive strategies and presentations is critical for converting clients.
  • You should possess knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing a team of junior creative resources and providing direction is also important.
  • You should have strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
  • Familiarity with moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
