Job Title: Manager – AcadFly

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our team of counsellors and admissions officers, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of counsellors and admissions executives, driving achievement of departmental targets.
  • Oversee the entire admissions cycle, from student counselling to university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, upholding accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
  • Track and evaluate team performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
