Tactical Apparel E-commerce Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tactical Apparel E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Upbott Consulting Private Limited. This is a key role in maximizing online sales and revenue growth on eBay and Walmart, with a focus on tactical apparel in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Targeted Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for eBay, aligning with overall business goals.
- Listings Optimization: Create and enhance product listings to improve accuracy, visibility, and competitiveness on eBay and Walmart.
- Advertising Campaign Management: Plan and manage advertising campaigns on eBay, analyzing performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and growth areas within the tactical apparel industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement necessary improvements.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with eBay account representatives to secure support and optimize brand visibility.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and refine strategies to maintain a market-leading position.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing eBay or other marketplaces, preferably within the tactical apparel industry.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in eBay and Walmart marketplace practices, including listing optimization, advertising, and account management.
- Digital Marketing and Analytics Tools: Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Passion for tactical apparel and understanding of the target audience.
