Job Title: Trust Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee administrative, legal, and compliance functions of our charitable trust. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, background in trust/charity management, and ability to coordinate with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks including drafting notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and maintain resolutions and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with lawyers regarding trust-related cases.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and records to relevant authorities.
  • Support trustees in governance and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records, registers, and documentation.
  • Provide secretarial support including drafting formal letters and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing a charitable trust.
  • Strong knowledge of trust regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Alternate Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
