About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide top-notch installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing at customer sites.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level customer service in handling 3-phase UPS Break Down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & installation and commissioning.
  • Effective communication with clients, engineers, and other technicians is essential to ensure that services are delivered efficiently.
  • Prompt follow-up on service requests and provision of customer feedback is crucial.
  • The ability to execute projects and related vendor coordination is also required.
  • Assigning calls to ASPs and working closely with them to achieve task completion is a key aspect of this role.
  • Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment is vital.
  • Demonstrating equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures, establishing field test methods, and monitoring the quality of those tests are also important responsibilities.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements required is an added advantage.
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis is essential.
  • Maintaining calibrated measuring instruments and ensuring all necessary items are available in the tool kit for use on the field as and when required.
  • Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

The following are some of the key responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for AMC, UPS accessories & batteries etc.
  • Ability to handle a team of 2-3 contract engineers if required.

Requirements

The following are the requirements for this role:

  • Technical Diploma or BE or BTech (Electrical/ Electronics) degree
  • Bachelor of Engineering experience range required in between (2-5 Years) OR in case of Diploma experience range should be in between (3-7 Years)
  • Electrical, Electronics knowledge is a must

  • Relevant experience with UPS knowledge is mandatory
